The Falimy film director Nithis Sahadev announced in December 2019 that Antony Varghese would be playing the lead role in the film. Later of that, Antony Varghese withdrew from this project due to some reasons. Then the director chose Basil Joseph for the project as a lead role. Jagadeesh acted as a phenomenal typical middle-aged head of the family who was always right and refused to budge at all even on small things.
